Three plants, one integrated forging-to-machining process

Every forging is produced, heat-treated, machined and tested in-house across our Taloja facilities — nothing is subcontracted between raw material and dispatch.

Process Flow

Raw material to dispatch

1. Raw material intake & verification

2. Open-die forging (press / hammer)

3. Heat treatment (normalizing, tempering)

4. Machining

5. Quality control & testing

6. Dispatch
