Infrastructure
Three plants, one integrated forging-to-machining process
Every forging is produced, heat-treated, machined and tested in-house across our Taloja facilities — nothing is subcontracted between raw material and dispatch.
Process Flow
Raw material to dispatch
1. Raw material intake & verification
2. Open-die forging (press / hammer)
3. Heat treatment (normalizing, tempering)
4. Machining
5. Quality control & testing
6. Dispatch
Forging Press Complex
2,500-MT four-column hydraulic press
Press
2,500-MT four-column hydraulic press, PLC-controlled
Manipulator
35-MT rail-bound manipulator
Rotary table
Mechanically operated rotary table
Furnaces
Forging, normalizing, heat treatment & tempering
| Furnace | Capacity | Temperature |

| Heavy-duty lathe | 2 nos. | 5 m |
| Heavy-duty lathe | 3 nos. | 4.5 m |
| Heavy-duty lathe | 1 no. | 8.5 m |
| Planing machine | 1 no. | 700 × 500 × 3,000 mm |
| Band saw | — | 1000 & 650 models, for cutting |
A large fleet of heavy-duty lathes, vertical lathes and plano millers is used together for proof machining.
