  • We use only vaccum degassed/AOD and bottom poured ingots for forging.
  • Every incoming steel ingot is verified by chemical testing at NABL approved labs.
  • All forgings are identified by using job numbers to assist in tracebility of forgings.
  • In house chemical and mechanical testing facilities.
  • The forgings are dispatched only after quality department issues dispatch clearance.
  • Thermal calibration of heat treatment furnace are done on a routine basis.
  • All systems and records of production and quality are maintained and available for customer reference.
